Basil and Goat’s Cheese Spread

Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. walnuts
  • 1 c. fresh basil
  • 2 roughly cut spring onions
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 250 g goat's cheese

Equipment

  • Food Processor
  • Spatula

Here is how:

  1. In a food processor add walnuts, basil and spring onions.
  2. Then add olive oil and cheese, and process until mixture becomes a paste.
  3. Transfer to bowl and serve.

This is delicious served as an appetizer with crackers, or spread over a bagel for lunch. It is great stored for up to a week in the fridge.
