Fresh Salsa (Olé!)

Ingredients

  • Fresh roma tomatoes, diced
  • Red or white onion, diced
  • Pineapple, finely diced
  • Bunch of fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 fresh mango, diced (optional)
  • Hot pepper of your choice, finely diced (seeds optional—they add heat)
  • Salt to taste (don't be shy)
  • Fresh lime juice to taste (start with 1 whole or 4 key limes)

Equipment

  • cutting board and knife
  • bowl

Here is how:

  1. Mix ingredients together in a bowl.Amounts of each ingredient are up to you, according to your taste.
  2. Dip with tortilla chips, or use as a topping for grilled fish, chicken kabobs or shrimp.
