Fresh Salsa (Olé!)

Ingredients
- Fresh roma tomatoes, diced
- Red or white onion, diced
- Pineapple, finely diced
- Bunch of fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 fresh mango, diced (optional)
- Hot pepper of your choice, finely diced (seeds optional—they add heat)
- Salt to taste (don't be shy)
- Fresh lime juice to taste (start with 1 whole or 4 key limes)
Equipment

Here is how:
- Mix ingredients together in a bowl.Amounts of each ingredient are up to you, according to your taste.
- Dip with tortilla chips, or use as a topping for grilled fish, chicken kabobs or shrimp.
