Ingredients
- 454 g hamburger meat
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1.5 tsp. red chilis
- 3 tsp. garam masala
- 2 Tbsp. ketchup
- 1 dash Worcestershire sauce
Equipment
- Medium bowl
- Measuring spoons
- Mixing spoon
- Frying pan or barbecue
- Spatula
Here is how:
- Chop chilis.
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
- Divide mixture into 6 equal balls and mold into patties.
- Cook on medium heat on the barbecue or in a pan until meat reaches 74°C (165°F).
- Serve on hamburger buns with mustard or mayonnaise.
