Banana Chocolate Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 rounded spoonful cocoa powder
  • 1 spoonful honey

Equipment

  • blender
  • spoon
  • large cup

Here is how:

  1. Place milk, banana, cocoa and honey in blender. If you have a squeeze bottle for the honey, it might be easier to estimate the quantity as you squeeze the honey directly into the blender, rather than trying to transfer honey from a spoon into the blender.
  2. Blend on high speed for about 1 minute, or until smooth.
  3. Pour into a large glass. Fun to drink with a big straw!

Tip: Place a whole banana in the freezer the night before you plan to make this smoothie.
