Summer Salad

Ingredients
- Mixed greens
- Arugula
- Fresh tomatoes
- Cucumber
- Grated carrots
- Feta cheese
- Dried cranberries
Equipment
- Salad bowl
- Salad spinner
- Cutting board and knife
Here is how:
- Wash and dry greens and place them in salad bowl.
- Cut cucumbers and tomatoes into chunks. Add to bowl along with grated carrots.
- Crumble feta over greens.
- Add cranberries and toss together.
- Serve with Summer Dressing or salad dressing of your choice.
