Summer Salad

Ingredients

  • Mixed greens
  • Arugula
  • Fresh tomatoes
  • Cucumber
  • Grated carrots
  • Feta cheese
  • Dried cranberries

Equipment

  • Salad bowl
  • Salad spinner
  • Cutting board and knife

Here is how:

  1. Wash and dry greens and place them in salad bowl.
  2. Cut cucumbers and tomatoes into chunks. Add to bowl along with grated carrots.
  3. Crumble feta over greens.
  4. Add cranberries and toss together.
  5. Serve with Summer Dressing or salad dressing of your choice.
