Ingredients
- 125 g feta cheese, drained from liquid
- a few sprigs of parsley
Here is how:
- Crumble feta cheese with your fingers.
- In a food processor, mix crumbled feta and parsley until well combined.
- Chill until ready to use.
- Make easy pizza dough or thaw phyllo pastry sheets.
- Use cheese filling to make cheese pastries.
Additional info:
You can also use dried oregano or dried mint if you prefer.
