Feta Cheese Filling

Makes 6-8 cheese pastries

Ingredients

  • 125 g feta cheese, drained from liquid
  • a few sprigs of parsley

Equipment

  • Food processor
  • spoon

Here is how:

  1. Crumble feta cheese with your fingers.
  2. In a food processor, mix crumbled feta and parsley until well combined.
  3. Chill until ready to use.
  4. Make easy pizza dough or thaw phyllo pastry sheets.
  5. Use cheese filling to make cheese pastries.

Additional info:

You can also use dried oregano or dried mint if you prefer.
